Bricker Graydon is currently seeking an attorney to join its K-12 Education Law Team to serve its central and northern Ohio clients. Candidates with at least 3 years of experience providing creative solutions and practical advice and counsel to public law entities are strongly encouraged to apply. Education law and/or management-side arbitration and collective bargaining experience will be viewed with favor.
Health Care Transactional Attorney
Bricker Graydon is currently seeking an experienced transactional and regulatory attorney to join its Health Care Team. Qualified candidates will have transactional experience in health law and be able to provide legal advice on regulatory, transactional, legislative, agency enforcement, and other healthcare related legal and compliance issues, and develop and recommend solutions.
Higher Education Attorney
Bricker Graydon is seeking a Michigan-licensed attorney to join its dynamic and fast-growing higher education practice. We are interested in attorneys with experience in some of the following areas: higher education compliance, general business transactions, trusts and endowments, labor and employment, litigation, and nonprofit corporate governance. At least four years of experience as a lawyer is required. Demonstrated experience providing legal counsel to higher education clients is strongly preferred.
Political Subdivisions Attorney
Bricker Graydon is seeking an attorney to join its growing Political Subdivisions practice, working with municipal clients throughout Central and Northeast Ohio. The ideal candidate will have significant experience providing counsel to municipalities, counties, and other public entities on general law director matters, with an emphasis on labor and employment and fiscal matters. Experience with litigation and/or workers’ compensation is desirable.
REAL ESTATE Attorney - Northeast Ohio
Bricker Graydon is seeking an experienced real estate attorney to join its growing Northeast Ohio presence. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ experience providing real estate support in real estate transactions, including property acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, land use and real estate development matters. This position will have a heavy focus on property due diligence, title and survey review, site control drafting, interfacing with title companies, lenders and developers. Experience within the energy or construction industry, a plus.
REAL ESTATE Attorney - TRANSACTIONS
Bricker Graydon is currently seeking an experienced attorney to join its Real Estate Industry Group in the Cincinnati, Ohio office. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ experience representing public and private companies on sophisticated real estate transactions, including property acquisitions and dispositions, retail and industrial leasing, land use, zoning and real estate development matters. This position will require the candidate to have familiarity with property due diligence, title and survey review, experience working with title companies, and some experience interpreting local codes and ordinances. No book of business required. We expect the successful candidate to have some experience first-chairing real estate transactions, with a desire to move into a client-facing role in the future.
TRUST & ESTATE Attorney
Bricker Graydon is currently seeking an experienced Trust & Estate Attorney to join its Business Industry Group. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years’ experience in advising clients on complex estate planning matters, including advanced trust planning, wealth preservation strategies, gift and estate tax strategies, estate and trust administration, revocable and irrevocable trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, charitable remainder and lead trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, fiduciary income taxation, and closely held business ownership succession planning and taxation.
