The ideal candidate will possess construction law experience on both transactional matters and litigation matters, including experience with the procurement of Ohio public design and construction contracts and the negotiation of contracts for various types of construction projects.
Creditors’ Rights Attorney
Bricker Graydon LLP is currently seeking an experienced attorney to join its Creditors’ Rights & Bankruptcy Team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience assisting financial institutions through all aspects of commercial loan defaults as well as the associated loan restructuring and litigation experience that comes from such representation.
Health Care Transactional Attorney
Bricker Graydon is currently seeking an experienced transactional and regulatory attorney to join its Health Care Team. Qualified candidates will have transactional experience in health law and be able to provide legal advice on regulatory, transactional, legislative, agency enforcement, and other healthcare related legal and compliance issues, and develop and recommend solutions.
Higher Education Attorney
Bricker Graydon is seeking a Michigan-licensed attorney to join its dynamic and fast-growing higher education practice. We are interested in attorneys with experience in some of the following areas: higher education compliance, general business transactions, trusts and endowments, labor and employment, litigation, and nonprofit corporate governance. At least four years of experience as a lawyer is required. Demonstrated experience providing legal counsel to higher education clients is strongly preferred.
Political Subdivisions Attorney
Bricker Graydon is seeking an attorney to join its growing Political Subdivisions practice, working with municipal clients throughout Ohio. The ideal candidate will have significant experience providing counsel to municipalities, counties, and other public entities on general law director matters. Experience with litigation, labor and employment and/or workers’ compensation is desirable.
Trust & Estates Attorney
Bricker Graydon is currently seeking an experienced Trust & Estate Attorney to join its Business Industry Group. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years’ experience in advising clients on complex estate planning matters, including advanced trust planning, wealth preservation strategies, gift and estate tax strategies, estate and trust administration, revocable and irrevocable trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, charitable remainder and lead trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, fiduciary income taxation, and closely held business ownership succession planning and taxation.
