A member of the firm’s Attorney Talent Team, Patti is responsible for several major talent initiatives.

She facilitates all aspects of Bricker Graydon's pipeline programs, including on-campus recruiting, law school relations, and Bricker Graydon's annual Summer Associate program. Additionally, she manages the firm’s participation and sponsorship in various scholarship programs for historically underrepresented students.

Patti oversees Bricker Graydon's attorney mentoring and training programs and has been an active member of the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee for many years. She serves as a liaison for industry group leaders, works closely with Bricker’s Recruiting Committee, and is also a member of the Operations Team.

With over 25 years of experience in her field, Patti has held previous positions both within and outside of the legal industry, including as director of human resources, and she is a Certified Professional with the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP).
