Tessa is an attorney in Bricker Graydon’s Political Subdivision group, where she advises public entities on a range of legal and regulatory matters. She brings valuable experience in administrative law, compliance, and government regulation from her time as Assistant General Counsel at the Ohio Casino Control Commission. In that role, she provided legal guidance on legislative and administrative processes, budget contracts, and law enforcement collaborations, and she played a key role in the largest simultaneous launch of sports gaming in U.S. history.

With a background in both regulatory enforcement and litigation, Tessa has worked closely with government agencies at the municipal, state, and federal levels. She has experience preparing witnesses and experts for hearings, advising on policy strategies, and communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including public officials, licensed entities, and Ohio citizens. Her ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks makes her a valuable resource for public sector clients.
