Overview

Shannon Richards is a seasoned attorney in the firm’s Education Practice Group. With roots in the Midwest, Shannon has served clients throughout the country and across a variety of industries.

Before joining Bricker Graydon, Shannon’s practice primarily focused on labor law, K-12 education, and litigation. Her extensive background includes the management of matters in various states of negotiation and litigation where she diligently handled client communications, administrative hearings, appeals, contract negotiations, and arbitrations. Shannon's sharp focus on litigation schedules and negotiations, coupled with her keen eye for detail, ensures that she brings a strategic lens to every case and client she serves.

Shannon has successfully negotiated collective bargaining agreements for first responder unions and litigated various hearings, including interest arbitrations and unfair labor practice disputes. Her dedication to justice is evident in her work representing youth in juvenile court, where she has made a meaningful impact on the lives of her clients.
