Roger has been with the Firm since 1996 and is a paralegal in the Real Estate Group. Roger assists with all aspects of the Firm’s real estate law practice, including commercial and residential acquisition and sale transactions, along with commercial loan and other real estate financing transactions. He assists with all aspects of a transaction, including document preparation, due diligence review, including the review, analysis, and resolution of title and survey issues, and organizing and assisting with closings. He also coordinates the preparation of real estate conveyance documentation and performs/coordinates real estate title searches for several Industry Groups throughout the Firm. He previously served on the Firm’s DEI Committee as well as the United Way Committee.
