Robert Spoor is a consultant in Bricker Graydon’s Public Finance and Economic Development group. With more than a decade of experience in municipal finance, he helps local governments, developers, and public-private partnerships navigate complex funding structures to support economic growth. He has extensive knowledge of tax increment financing (TIF), special assessments, port authority lease revenue transactions, Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) financing, and Kentucky Industrial Revenue Bonds.

Robert has worked with clients throughout the region, providing strategic guidance on public finance solutions, tax incentive compliance, and bond structuring. He has developed financial models that support large-scale development projects and has presented on tax incentives at industry conferences.

Known for his analytical approach and ability to craft creative financing solutions, Robert is committed to helping clients achieve their development goals while ensuring financial sustainability. Outside of work, he enjoys vintage electronics restoration and reading Latin.
