Overview

Patricia Johnson concentrates her practice in creditors' rights, real estate, and bankruptcy law. She has extensive experience representing financial institutions, mortgage servicers, and other creditors in foreclosure and bankruptcy matters, as well as title examination and residential real estate transactions. Her practice covers the full spectrum of default-related issues, from loan origination compliance to enforcement of judgments on defaulted loans. She also advises financial institutions on managing and disposing of real estate acquired through foreclosure.

Tricia is well-versed in loss mitigation strategies and continuously evaluates matters to achieve the most practical and cost-effective outcomes for her clients. With more than two decades of legal experience, Tricia has advised financial institutions, mortgage servicers, and other creditors in navigating complex default-related issues.
