Overview
Nathan Vinson, a Tax attorney at Bricker Graydon, has extensive experience in corporate and tax law, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, company formation, transactional structure, and tax compliance. He has worked on a variety of complex matters, including the sale of an Anheuser-Busch-affiliated distributorship for $22.5 million and representing multinational and national companies in sectors like tobacco processing and industrial supplies. Nathan also serves as general counsel, handling corporate transactions for businesses ranging from automotive dealerships to commercial kitchen equipment manufacturers.
In addition to his transactional work, Nathan has advised high-net-worth individuals and businesses on tax planning, business succession, and entity structuring. His experience extends to drafting a wide range of agreements, such as employment contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and buy-sell agreements, as well as marketing and vendor agreements. Outside The Office
Nathan enjoys playing guitar and golf, as well as watching his favorite sports teams, such as UK basketball and football, Cincinnati Reds, and Tennessee Titans. Nathan is actively involved in youth sports and has coached many of his sons' teams.
