Overview

Meribeth Sewell joined Bricker Graydon in 2023 and is a corporate paralegal in the Corporate Services Group. She began her career at the Firm as a research analyst before transitioning to her current role, where she assists with various aspects of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and compliance matters. Meribeth plays a key role in document preparation, due diligence reviews, and coordinating corporate transactions, ensuring smooth closings and adherence to legal standards. She also provides research and analysis support across multiple industry groups within the Firm.

Meribeth earned her JD from Northern Kentucky University—Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2010. She holds a BA in English & Allied Language Arts/Religious Studies from Western Kentucky University.

Outside The Office

Meribeth loves hiking with her husband and two girls. Last year, she and her husband began section hiking the Sheltowee Trace Trail, Kentucky’s longest hiking trail, stretching over 343 miles. She also likes to study German, play piano and write short stories.
