Overview
Marissa is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group. Her practice includes commercial real estate where she counsels financial institutions. An emphasis of Marissa’s practice involves low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) finance. She has a strong foundation in environmental and property law. During her legal internship, she gained experience in contract formation, and legal research, working across various legal specializations. Prior to that, Marissa served as a research assistant, analyzing court records and offender profiles for an academic research group. Her diverse background equips her with a well-rounded understanding of legal and public sector issues.
