Kevin Rogers is a Construction Manager turned Owner’s Representative.  Applying he knowledge of running projects to assist his various clients with minimizing the surprises that can arise during a construction project including cost, schedule, and quality.  A recent client noted his title should be changed to a ‘Construction Therapist’.

Kevin Rogers, a Senior Project Consultant, brings over 20 years of extensive experience in the construction industry. His expertise spans project management, estimating, field engineering, and owner’s representation, with a strong track record of success across diverse project types and sectors.

Before joining Bricker Graydon, Kevin worked as a Project Manager and Estimator for leading construction management firms recognized among the ENR Top 200. In these roles, he managed projects across biomedical, multifamily, entertainment, commercial, industrial, and office construction. He also served as an owner’s representative and construction project manager at a prominent consultancy, specializing in areas such as commercial, institutional, industrial, residential, and historic renovations. His responsibilities included pay application reviews, change order assessments, constructability evaluations, and project oversight.

Kevin's project portfolio reflects his depth of experience and leadership, including large-scale and complex developments such as the FC Cincinnati MLS Stadium, Newport on the Levee, and the UPS Worldport Expansion. His work has also encompassed multifamily housing, medical facilities, entertainment venues, industrial developments, and historic renovations like Hotel Covington North, in Covington, Kentucky.

In addition to managing projects, Kevin has excelled in cost estimating and preconstruction services, contributing to high-profile projects such as educational facilities, residential developments, and mixed-use properties across the United States. He has also conducted design reviews and constructability assessments for public and private developments, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of various construction practices.

Kevin is the proud father of two wonderful young ladies who are aspiring volleyball players, cheerleaders, and actresses.  His household is rounded out by two crazy labrador retrievers, bearded dragons, and a chicken (named Bawk Bawk).

Kevin loves the outdoors and the solace of hiking at a local park or anything out on the water.  He recently embraced cycling as his newest hobby and enjoys long rides on the Little Miami bike path.  Kevin is involved at his Church and regularly volunteers with food drives and community outreach projects.
