Overview

Kerri Bruckner, Of Counsel at Bricker Graydon, brings a wealth of experience in bankruptcy, foreclosure, and consumer protection law. With a career spanning over two decades, Kerri has managed complex cases involving Chapter 7, 11, 12, and 13 bankruptcies, high-asset business reorganizations, and litigation under various consumer protection laws.

Before joining Bricker Graydon, Kerri developed firm procedures for managing high-volume foreclosure and bankruptcy cases and represented major financial institutions in litigation. She has extensive experience managing multi-state caseloads in foreclosure, lender liability, and related litigation.
Throughout her career, Kerri has led large-scale legal projects, implemented innovative firm protocols, and demonstrated leadership in attorney training, mentorship, and client relations. Her analytical and strategic planning skills and deep knowledge make her a pivotal member of the firm.

Outside The Office

Kerri has volunteered a significant amount of her time to her children’s schools. Kerri has lead school fundraisers, held PTO Board positions, and is an active Booster member. Kerri enjoys playing tennis and pickleball, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two children.
