James Moore is a paralegal who works with attorneys and clients in the firm’s real estate and development practices. Specifically, he collaborates with legal counsel to ensure that loans, both new and amended, are properly documented and that due diligence items, including title work, property surveys, appraisals, environmental reports, borrower organizational documents, flood determinations and proof of insurance, are collected and reviewed prior to closing. He also provides review and commentary on loan documents to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

With more than 20 years of experience in the banking industry, James’ background includes commercial real estate, personal finance, loan closing, collections and finance product sales.
