Overview
Sam Lind is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in securities law, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. He began his career as an associate in the law firm setting, advising clients from publicly-traded corporations to closely-held businesses. He later joined a Fortune 500 financial services company as in-house counsel where he conducted securities offerings that raised over $70 billion, negotiated the acquisitions of banks and other financial companies, led corporate governance initiatives, and ensured compliance with major regulatory changes including the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. Sam is what we call a Bricker Graydon Boomerang as he returns to the firm to contribute his expertise and industry knowledge gained in his 20+ year in-house career.
