Overview

Catherine Swartz serves as bond counsel and underwriter’s counsel in general obligation and revenue bond financings.

Catherine's clients include Ohio cities, counties, school districts, libraries and villages. She provides counsel to political subdivisions on issues related to campaign guidance, finance matters, tax levies, continuing disclosure filings, real estate, special assessments, public records, investment policies, sales and use tax, and ethics. Catherine is a frequent speaker for Ohio School Boards Association, Ohio Library Council, Ohio Association of School Business Officials, Ohio Association of Public Treasurers, Ohio Association of Public Treasurers and Ohio Parks Association.

Catherine serves as Vice Chair for Business Development in Bricker Graydon LLP’s Public Sector Group.
