Austin Baurichter is an attorney in Bricker Graydon's Creditor’s Rights & Bankruptcy Group, where he started as a Paralegal in 2019 and attended law school in the evenings. Since then, Austin has garnered over five years of experience working on matters involving commercial and consumer litigation, bankruptcy and restructuring, and commercial and consumer transactions.

Austin has developed extensive bottom-up experience in case administration, drafting, and strategy. He has successfully managed complex caseloads, ensuring compliance with judicial procedures and deadlines while building strong professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and court personnel alike.

Austin holds a Master of Fine Arts in Writing from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Cincinnati. His diverse background reflects a strength in communication and a commitment to both professional growth and creativity, enriching his approach to his clients’ issues and affording him unique insights to both advancing clients’ positions and finding elegant solutions to complicated disputes.
