Overview
Andrew Hinton is an attorney in the Public Sector group with extensive experience in economic development, tax incentives, and public finance. His background includes assisting businesses with site selection, capital funding, and securing government incentives for expansion and relocation projects. Over his career, he has helped clients obtain over $2 billion in incentives, including tax credits, cash grants, tax abatements, TIFs, and federal loan programs.
Andrew has also played a key role in sustainability initiatives, helping businesses leverage tax incentives and federal funding to achieve their environmental goals. His experience includes successfully drafting and securing substantial federal grants for sustainability projects.
Prior to his legal career, Andrew gained experience in state and local tax matters, working on tax compliance, reassessments, and appeals.
