Overview

Adam Seeley is an experienced public finance attorney at Bricker Graydon. With a deep understanding of economic development law, local government law, real property tax analysis, and environmental regulations, he provides comprehensive legal counsel to public and private clients across Ohio.

Adam’s expertise encompasses a wide range of public finance matters, including Tax Increment Financing (TIF), Community Reinvestment Areas (CRA), Enterprise Zone (EZ) administration, Inflation Reduction Act (IRA), Joint Economic Development Districts (JEDD) appraisal, real estate transactions, contract negotiation, and civil litigation. His experience extends to complex administrative compliance and due diligence ensuring that his clients navigate regulatory issues with confidence.

Prior to joining Bricker Graydon, Adam served as in-house staff counsel for the Franklin County Auditor’s Office, Real Estate Division. His tenure in this role provided him with invaluable insights into the practical aspects of public finance and real estate law. Additionally, Adam has worked as a policy and legal aide for the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO), gaining expertise in consumer protection and regulatory matters.
