Overview
We collaborate with communities, developers, employers, property owners, and local government stakeholders to build and implement creative strategies that promote investment, create jobs, and transform communities.
Successful economic development projects transform communities. Whether embarking on a signature, multi-million-dollar mixed-use project, siting a new production-oriented facility, or preserving and restoring a treasured historic business district, the private and public sectors have the capacity to work together and achieve optimal results using many economic development tools. Bricker Graydon’s Economic Development team helps communities and businesses flourish in undertaking public-private partnerships by helping our clients understand and take advantage of available state and local financing and incentive programs and regulatory structures.
We provide economic development counsel for projects involving:
- Creative application of public and private financing
- Regulatory compliance

We assist clients with the following economic development projects:

- Assisting companies locating in a new market or expanding locally
- Facilitating cooperative arrangements among governmental and private entities to implement public-private partnerships
