We are honored to have served as bond counsel in connection with numerous general obligation issues for the State of Ohio. We’ve also served as legal counsel for numerous issues of Certificates of Participation that finance equipment and software purchases by the State of Ohio.

These financings frequently involve programs administered by state agencies and affiliated entities — the Department of Development, JobsOhio, Ohio Facilities Construction Commission, the Air Quality Development Authority, The Ohio State University, and the Department of Transportation.
