Our multi-disciplinary team assists clients that manufacture, design, distribute or sell products throughout the United States. We have experience trying cases involving complex design and engineering issues as well as working with clients on matters relating to product recalls and warnings. We are able to counsel companies reporting to the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and other governmental agencies. Additionally, we partner with clients to proactively avoid issues before they happen with audits in the areas of safety, employee training, advertising and warranties.
