Overview

Julia Konieczny is a public finance attorney who has served in roles as bond counsel, borrower’s counsel, underwriter’s counsel, and bank counsel on a variety of governmental and conduit financing transactions, in addition to helping clients navigate their continuing disclosure compliance issues. Her clients frequently include school districts, municipalities, counties, townships, and other governmental entities.

Both within and outside the legal community, Julia serves as an advocate for female and LGBTQ professionals. She is highly involved in diversity and inclusion initiatives, including serving on committees, planning educational events, and speaking on related topics.

While in law school, Julia gained experience within legal aid organizations, managing foreclosure, bankruptcy, and public health matters.
