Ohio’s political subdivisions and public employers will be receiving another cut in their workers’ compensation premiums. According to news reports, Ohio’s Bureau of Workers’ Compensation will be cutting rates 10 percent effective January 1, 2022. This will be the 13th rate cut since 2009 and is expected to save public employers $17 million in 2022.
