Rumls PLC Merges into Graydon
Graydon is pleased to announce that Rumls PLC is merging into Graydon.
C. Carter Ruml and Sara Elrod Ruml will be joining Graydon as part of this merger.

Carter’s professional focus for over 17 years has been the trust, estate, business, tax and financial planning issues facing private clients and closely held business owners. His practice focuses on estate planning, estate administration, charitable planning, and other needs of private clients and fiduciaries. Carter earned his J.D. from Stanford Law School and A.B. from Princeton University. Carter is licensed to practice in Kentucky, Florida, Vermont, and pending admission in Ohio. He is a Fellow of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC).
Sara’s practice focuses on creating creating estate planning solutions tailored to her clients’ needs. She also works extensively on probate and trust administration issues, working closely with private and corporate executors and trustees. Sara earned her JD from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law and A.B. in History from Duke University. Sara is licensed to practice in Ohio and Kentucky.
