Roula Allouch Named Woman of the Year for 2023, by Cincinnati Enquirer

Roula Allouch, a trial attorney at Bricker Graydon, has been named Woman of the Year for 2023 by the Cincinnati Enquirer. This prestigious award is bestowed upon women who have led the way in conservation, civil rights, philanthropy, health, and more - making Cincinnati a better place to live and work.

A civil rights advocate, especially for Muslim Americans, Roula has held leadership positions at several national advocacy organizations, including Chair of the American Bar Association’s Center for Human Rights and former Chair of the Council on American-Islamic Relations’ National Board. Her passion for law and youth mentorship has also led her to her role as Vice-Chair for the American Bar Association’s Anti-Bullying Committee and service on the Board of the Muhammad Ali Center in Northern Kentucky, where her efforts earned her the title “Daughter of Greatness.”

Roula’s fierce passion for protecting civil rights and her outstanding contributions have earned her the distinction of being included in this esteemed group of honorees. She was recognized at a luncheon on October 19 at the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati.
