Matt has a proven track record of guiding a diverse range of energy stakeholders—including utilities, manufacturers, and other large energy consumers and energy suppliers—through complex regulatory, compliance, and transactional challenges. His practice focuses on utility regulation, where he represents clients before state public utilities commissions and federal regulatory agencies. Matt regularly advises on rate cases, tariff structures, energy procurement strategies, and compliance with evolving regulatory frameworks.
