Jason Stuckey Named to Cincinnati Business Courier's 40 Under 40 Class of 2024
Bricker Graydon Education attorney Jason Stuckey was recently named to Cincinnati Business Courier's Forty Under 40 Class of 2024. This year marks the 29th class of the paper's esteemed awards program, which highlights outstanding young professionals in the region.
Jason Stuckey brings a wealth of experience in education law, labor and employment issues, civil rights, and litigation. At Bricker Graydon, he advises school districts and higher education institutions on complex legal matters, including federal and state labor laws, employee discipline, contract disputes, FERPA compliance, and student-related issues. He is also experienced in leading collective bargaining negotiations, labor arbitrations, and employee grievances. He regularly represents clients before the Ohio Civil Rights Commission (OCRC) and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and litigates cases in both state and federal courts.
