Graydon Welcomes Three New Attorneys
Graydon is proud to announce the addition of Theresa M. Bryans to its Liberty Center office, and Augustus B. Flottman & Brenon R. Russell to its Downtown Cincinnati office.
Theresa Bryans joins the Firm’s Commercial Real Estate Group. She primarily assists clients with office and retail leases, commercial acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to joining Graydon, Theresa served as an active duty officer with the United States Air Force’s Judge Advocate General Corps. In this role, she served as a prosecuting attorney against crimes committed by service members, as well as a general counsel to the military base commanders and supporting agencies. Theresa earned her JD from The University of Cincinnati College of Law, and is licensed to practice in Ohio.
Augustus Flottman joins the Firm’s Litigation Group. He specializes in pursuing and defending claims for business torts, breach of contract, and fraud. Augustus’s practice focuses on legal matters that arise in the intersection of civil and white collar criminal litigation. He also has experience representing defendants in some of the region’s most high-profile federal criminal jury trials on charges for white collar crimes such as wire fraud, bank fraud, and money laundering. As a member of the Southern District of Ohio’s Criminal Justice Advocate program, Augustus accepts appointments from federal judges to represent indigent criminal defendants in federal court against charges for various crimes. Augustus earned his JD from Salmon P. Chase College of Law, and is licensed to practice in Ohio.
Brenon Russell joins the Firm’s Estate Planning Group. In understanding that this topic can be intimidating for families, Brenon brings a compassionate approach when meeting with clients, striving to bring peace of mind and a sense of security to the clients he serves. Brenon strives to ensure every concern is alleviated; from intricate tax issues to the distribution of family heirlooms, his comprehensive approach is what ensures a smooth transition upon passing. Brenon understands what it means to be a part of a team; from MVP seasons as the quarterback of his peewee teams to pitching for the local Thomas More College Saints. He wants each family he serves to feel as if they are a part of his team when putting together their estate plan. Brenon earned his JD from the University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law, and is licensed to practice in the State of Ohio and the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
