Erin Butcher Recognized at OWBA Annual Meeting

Erin Butcher, an attorney at Bricker Graydon, was recently recognized for completing the 2023-2024 Leadership Institute Cohort at the Ohio Women's Bar Association Annual Meeting and Conference held at the Hilton in Downtown Columbus. This program facilitates a diverse group of educators, facilitators, and professional panels on topics such as dynamic leadership, effective communication, DEI, health and wellness, and more.

The Ohio Women's Bar Association's Leadership Institute aims to empower emerging female leaders with practical knowledge and strategies on business development to attain significant leadership roles. This program is a vital piece of the efforts to increase the number of women in leadership positions in the legal profession, breaking down stereotypes and glass ceilings. Achieving critical mass at the top will lead to improved public understanding and access to the legal system for women and will be a proactive step towards building a better and more just system.
