Wetzel quoted in Akron Beacon Journal article about medical marijuana in the workplace in Ohio

Sue Wetzel, of counsel and member of the Bricker & Eckler Employment & Labor group, was quoted in a recent Akron Beacon Journal article, “Employers figuring out how to deal with Ohio’s newly legal medical marijuana.”

The article discusses the legalization of medical marijuana in Ohio and what that might entail logistically. Over the next couple of years, Ohio will “sort out such things as regulations, commissions, who can grow, process and dispense it, who can authorize it, and how people can get it,” according to the article.
