Lestini recognized as Regulatory Counsel Member by FORC
Bricker partner Greg Lestini has been elevated to Regulatory Counsel Membership by the Federation of Regulatory Counsel (FORC), a nationwide professional association of attorneys specializing in insurance regulatory law. Membership includes only licensed attorneys in private practice who are experienced in the practice of insurance regulatory and corporate law before one or more governmental insurance regulatory bodies. To be eligible, attorneys must have at least seven years of experience in insurance regulatory law, as well as recommendations in writing by three insurance industry executives from unrelated companies who have attested to their skill and competency.
With more than 13 years in private practice, Lestini utilizes his experience within multiple levels of government to help clients navigate complex legal, legislative and regulatory structures. Lestini has served as a Legislative Analyst for the Office of the President Pro Tem of the Columbus City Council and as a legislative aide with the Ohio Senate. He is the chair-elect, Insurance Regulation Committee, American Bar Association (ABA) – Tort Trial & Insurance Practice’s (TIPS) Insurance Regulation Committee.
