Katie Reardon Joins Bricker & Eckler

COLUMBUS, Ohio – Katie Reardon has joined Bricker & Eckler LLP as a Government Compliance Specialist where she will play a key role assisting Bricker's corporate and public sector clients in complying with the laws governing lobbying, ethics, campaign finance and elections in Ohio and elsewhere. Katie will use her extensive experience with government compliance issues as a member of the Firm’s Regulated Industries practice area, working in the law firm’s Columbus office.

Prior to joining Bricker, Katie spent more than five years working at the Office of the Legislative Inspector General, most recently as Lobbying Compliance Coordinator. Through her tenure there, she helped create and implement an online filing system for lobbyists and the employers that they represent, developed training materials and presentations, counseled lobbyists and employers to ensure compliance relative to the registration and filing requirements in Ohio’s lobbying laws, established policies for staff accountability and oversaw all lobbyist filings. She also has experience as a constituent aide in the Ohio Governor's Office.

Katie holds a bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University and earned her master's in business administration from Franklin University. She is a member of the Council on Government Ethics Laws and the State of Ohio Training Association.
