In light of hospital pay cuts issued by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), Jim provided information regarding the rationale of these pay cuts, related cases that are pending and his representation of six Ohio hospitals that are currently involved in a lawsuit against the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
