Foundation for Appalachian Ohio moves into historic Nelsonville building
The Foundation for Appalachian Ohio (FAO) has named a conference room at its new Nelsonville, Ohio, office for Bricker & Eckler, in recognition of our firm's contribution of in-kind services during the Foundation's renovation of the former Peoples Bank building. As a member of the Foundation’s board, Bricker Partner Gordon Litt has been involved in all aspects of the transaction, and partner Dave Baker performed all of the real estate work in connection with receipt of the gift of the historic town center bank building from Peoples Bank, National Association, to FAO.
At the Bricker & Eckler Conference Room dedication during the new office ribbon cutting ceremony on June 29, Cara Dingus Brook, president and CEO of the Foundation, thanked Managing Partner Kurt Tunnell and Bricker & Eckler for the Firm's contribution, saying, "It is clear to us, from all they have given, how much Kurt and Bricker care, and we want them to know we appreciate it. We are constantly borrowing their meeting space, and we want them to know they are welcome in ours anytime."
