Flynn recognized as 2020 BTI Client Service All-Star

BTI Consulting Group included health care attorney and Managing Partner Jim Flynn, health care industry group chair, on its list of 2020 Client Service All-Stars, recognizing his leadership in superior client service. This marks Flynn’s second year of recognition for this honor, earning him the “MVP” status. This nationwide list is made up of 475 individual attorneys who are singled out by top legal decision makers for “their keen understanding of business impacts and unwavering commitment to client objectives.” For 2020, the nominated attorneys represent 181 law firms, and only 87 house two or more All-Stars, “suggesting these law firms are more focused on cultivating a culture of client service.”

According to BTI's annual report, Flynn was nominated by a large health care company. His nomination is a result of more than “350 in-depth, independent interviews with top legal decision makers at the world’s most demanding clients.”
