Dr. Knight Included in 2024 Class of Women WELDING the Way

Bricker Graydon’s Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer Rhonda Talford Knight, PhD was recently recognized by Women for Economic and Leadership Development (WELD), a national organization headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, known nationwide for developing and advancing women’s leadership to strengthen communities. Dr. Knight is included in the organization’s 2024 class of Women WELDing the Way, a group of 12 female leaders who are making an impact in Central Ohio and beyond. Specifically, Dr. Knight is celebrated for supporting the leadership development of other women, giving time, talent, and resources to her community, and investing in the growth of women-owned businesses. According to WELD, the selected women are “making a difference in the spaces they lead in and are tenacious in paving the way for the next generation of leaders in the process.” As part of this prestigious class, Dr. Knight will participate in the annual Women WELDing the Way calendar and will attend an award ceremony in November 2023.
