Bricker to receive 2018 Healthy Worksite Award

Bricker & Eckler has been selected by the Healthy Business Council of Ohio (HBCO) as a 2018 silver-level recipient of its Healthy Workplace Award. Recognizing employers statewide for their commitment to employee wellness, the award measures the extent to which applicants facilitate wellness programs, encourage employee health, enhance productivity and ensure a healthy work environment.

HBCO has recognized small- and medium-sized businesses for their health initiatives for 15 years, ranking them with three levels of achievement – gold, silver and bronze. As part of Ohio’s “Plan to Prevent and Reduce Chronic Disease,” HBCO is working to annually increase the number of worksites receiving this award.

A testament of the firm’s comprehensive wellness platform and healthy work environment, the award will be presented on January 24, 2019, as part of the Health Action Council 2018 Columbus Symposium.
