Bricker receives national-level C-PACE Alliance award

Bricker was recently given an award from C-PACE Alliance for “Facilitating Transactions – State and Local.” C-PACE Alliance is a national network of partners that play a role in commercial property assessed clean energy (PACE) financing activities. The award, which was originally planned to be presented in Columbus, Ohio, at PACENation Summit in April (now canceled), honors a member who has demonstrated leadership in transactional activity at the state and local levels.

Bricker’s PACE team was involved in $112 million in commercial PACE projects in 2019. According to attorney Caleb Bell, the award specifically recognizes the team’s development of a streamlined approach for Columbus to approve commercial PACE transactions quickly and without multiple rounds of city council legislation.  He believes that this recognition is “the result of an amazing team of lawyers and professionals who are innovating every day… for our clients, for our communities and for Bricker.”
