Bricker & Eckler partners elected to boards of two Ohio schools
COLUMBUS, Ohio— Rebecca Princehorn and Jerry Allen, partners at the law firm of Bricker & Eckler LLP, have been honored with significant appointments to the boards at two leading centers of higher education in Ohio.
Princehorn, a partner in the Public Finance Practice Group and chair of the Public Sector Practice Group at Bricker, has been elected to the Board of Trustees at Otterbein University (formerly Otterbein College). Her four-year term as an at-large trustee will comprise work on both the Advancement and Facilities committees. Princehorn graduated with honors from Otterbein College in 1978.
Allen, a partner in the Taxation & Business Law Practice Group and chair of the Nonprofit Organizations Practice Group, has been elected to the Board of Trustees at the Columbus College of Art & Design. In this new position, Allen will serve on the Governance Committee and the Committee on Academic and Student Affairs. Allen has been named to Best Lawyers in America (tax law) 2005–2011.
