Ben Hyden Named KBA Construction & Public Contract Law Chair
It is our great pleasure to announce that Ben Hyden has been appointed as the Chair of the Construction & Public Contract Law Section of the Kentucky Bar Association (KBA). Ben is a partner at Bricker Graydon with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky and a Juris Doctorate degree from Salmon P. Chase College of Law. He has been practicing construction law since 2008.
The KBA's Construction & Public Contract Law Section aims to promote the KBA, assist lawyers in the practice of construction and contract law, and conduct programs of interest to lawyers in the construction industry. Given Ben's extensive experience as a construction project manager, and as a construction lawyer representing public entities and contractors, he is undoubtedly qualified to lead the Construction & Public Contract Law Section.
We are confident that Ben will bring a wealth of knowledge and leadership to the KBA's Construction & Public Contract Law Section.
