Accomplished Education Attorney Joins Bricker Cincinnati-Dayton Office

COLUMBUS, Ohio … Bricker & Eckler LLP welcomes Kate Davis with her rich education law background to its Cincinnati-Dayton office where she will counsel school districts and community schools.

Previously, Davis practiced with Walter & Haverfield for a year after spending eight years with Scott, Scriven & Wahoff all in education law.

Davis will concentrate on the many facets of school law including administration of policies, special education, public records issues, constitutional issues, real estate, competitive bidding, compliance with federal laws and collective bargaining.

She is an alumna of Ohio State’s Moritz College of Law and holds a degree in political science from Miami University. Davis is also a member of many legal associations focused on education law including the National School Boards Association – Council of School Attorneys and the Ohio Council of School Board Attorneys.
