Senate and House Housing Policy Updates in Partnership with Bricker Graydon and the OEDA

The Ohio General Assembly has recently moved forward with legislation to increase the State’s role in housing development. In addition, a bipartisan group of state senators released the results of a comprehensive review of housing conditions and issues in the report “Housing Reimagined: Building a Solid Foundation for Ohio’s Future,” following a hearing process in multiple regions across the country to learn about the housing challenges being faced in Ohio.
