ODHE Pregnancy and Parenting Compliance Strategies (Higher Education)

In partnership with the Ohio Department of Higher Education (ODHE), this Bricker Graydon-hosted training will educate Ohio institutions of higher education about the requisite support and services that colleges and universities must provide to their pregnant and parenting students, including the need for reasonable modifications based on individualized needs. Join Bricker Graydon Higher Education Attorneys, Erin Butcher and Kylie Stryffeler, as they discuss the roles and responsibilities of the Title IX Coordinator and other employees in preventing discrimination and ensuring equal access, as well as practical tips and recommendations for creating a supportive environment for pregnant and parenting students and employees.
Attendance at this training is limited to employees of higher education institutions location in the State of Ohio and other individuals who provide services to those institutions. Individuals who are unaffiliated with an Ohio institution will not be permitted to attend without prior approval.
