Bricker Graydon & Friends Ohio Public Entity Ethics Law Program

Bricker Graydon invites our friends who serve public entities, employees, and officials to an Ohio Ethics Law update by Susan Willeke of the Ohio Ethics Commission. Coffee and breakfast will be provided for in-person attendees!

This event is being submitted for 1.0 Hours of CLE Credit in the state of Ohio.

To our public sector clients and friends: As you are aware, Ohio's ethics laws prohibit us from giving certain public officials gifts, including food and beverages, of a "substantial value." We estimate that the cost of food and beverage at this event will be approximately $15 per person. While we do not consider this amount to be substantial, we understand that some jurisdictions or individuals may have adopted a more definitive or stringent policy regarding gifts and meals. For our friends in the Ohio General Assembly, this is considered an all-invited event.
