Please join us for a conversation about breaking down institutional barriers to meeting your compliance and educational requirements under Title IX. This will be a practical and engaging session of tips that you can use at your own campus for raising awareness about intradepartmental education, participation, and awareness of Title IX compliance. You will hear perspectives from both legal and compliance perspectives and a practitioner’s perspective on developing a fully integrated program on campus.

College Credit Plus dual enrollment programs involve exposing students in grades 7-12 not only to college-level curriculum, but also college level policies. When a Title IX matter emerges involving a CCP teacher or student, does the K-12 policy apply, or should the higher education procedures be used? We'll talk through ways of collaborating on Title IX compliance in the CCP context so that both entities can walk away knowing they have served their communities well.

An institutions’ Title IX obligations have been greatly impacted by recent developments in case law and the governance of college sports. This session will cover hot topics in Title IX and athletics including how ongoing litigation has impacted the gender equity participation analysis and how name, image, and likeness fits within the Title IX framework. It will also cover a refresher of the NCAA Policy on Campus Sexual Violence and how to best implement its items. Come discuss how Title IX continues to touch almost every aspect of the athletic department and how to stay ahead of legal and compliance pitfalls.
