About the Presenters
Marjory Pizzuti is the president and CEO of Goodwill Columbus, the ninth largest nonprofit, social-service organization in Franklin County, with a $34 million annual operating budget and more than 875 employees. Goodwill Columbus is dedicated to building independence, quality of life and work opportunities for individuals with disabilities in the greater Columbus area. Before joining Goodwill, Pizzuti was senior vice president of strategic marketing and community development at Children’s Hospital in Columbus. She is also presently serving as president of the Upper Arlington School Board.
Kevin Kinross is an attorney with Bricker & Eckler LLP in its Business, Tax & Estates and Counsel for Board & Executives Practice Groups. In this capacity, he serves as counsel to boards of publicly and privately held companies and tax-exempt entities, focusing on corporate governance. Kevin is the co-editor of the Acredula governance newsletter and editor of the Corporate Governance blog, both of which provide information of interest to governing boards and executive officers. He is a frequent speaker both locally and nationally and has authored numerous articles on corporate governance.
