CDFA National Summit's Ask an Expert: Tax Increment Financing

Bricker & Eckler attorney, Price Finley, will participate in a panel discussion on Tax Increment Financing (TIF), during the 2015 Council of Development Finance Agencies’ (CDFA) National Development Finance Summit. The panel will discuss best practices for using TIF, conducting feasibility and but-for-analyses, structuring TIF districts for maximum benefit, collaborating with partners and the community, and problem solving difficult deals.
