Worked with district administrators to determine the application of the statutory bidding requirements for different improvements; prepared bidding and proposal package documents to solicit prices for the work; prepared contracts and related documents required with the contractor for the work; provided advice on quality of work, schedule, and other project issues during construction and after completion.
