Advise public entities on spending ARPA funds

The firm currently advises approximately three dozen public entity clients across the country. Our regularly published articles detailing whether and how to spend ARPA funds are often described as one of the few sources of reliable information in certain niche areas of the law. Our work includes serving as ARPA counsel to two of the nation’s Top 10 largest municipal recipients of federal stimulus funds, totaling more than $1 billion in federal aid expenditures.
