Venture capital fund led by former JobsOhio chief invests in Cincinnati-based travel startup called Roadtrippers

Drive Capital, a venture capital fund started by former JobsOhio chief Mark Kvamme recently announced that it has invested $2.5 million in a Cincinnati startup called Roadtrippers. Roadtrippers "allows travelers to map routes, book hotels, browse special events and find deals in other cities," Cincinnati Enquirer reports (See our May 14, 2013, blog post for more information about Drive Capital). Other current investors for the startup, which is a 2011 product of the Over-the-Rhine consumer marketing and branding accelerator The Brandery, include CincyTech and Vine Street Ventures.
